Oh wow

Have very light blonde hair, like the lightest shade of warm blonde. My hair stylist recommends only using a purple conditioner so I'm doing that. I've used a handful of purple products throughout the years, from drugstore to prestige, and this one is definitely the most effective. WOW. It is very dark, has staining capability, and takes forever to wash out, but definitely makes a major difference in tone. First time using it and I noticed a difference even prior to drying my hair. Just lightens the tone quite a bit, not silver but lighter for sure. Don't need it more than 1-2x a month but this is definitely a really solid product to have in the arsenal for chemically treated blondes. Def the best one I've tried and I'm not going back!

It's more of a bluish-violet than an actual purple. I would say it's going to be best for removing golden and orange tones. I personally see more of a difference with the original strength cure. I haven't seen any noticeable color changes, or anything as drastic as some of the pictures shared. But it's not bad.

Combats brassiness effectively

Bought this to combat blonde brassiness and it's definitely effective. My only quibble—it could be better when it comes to softness and detangling, but I suppose you can't have it all. Be warned that it will leave a blue residue in your shower!

Too heavy for fine hair. Leaves hair looking oily and unclean. Scalp is also itchy with purple residue. I chose this as a sample from the rewards, it was not gifted.

This stuff is so good!! I pair it with the shampoo for best results. I leave it in my 5 mins and it works wonders, turning my warm brass balayage into a nice shade of cool blonde. Worth it!!!

Turns my white hair purple!

Most of my hair is white now, and this color turns the white purple, which I absolutely love. It doesn’t color the blonde hair that’s left, but does give it a prettier color. This is also a very good conditioner for my hair. I don’t understand why others don’t seem to like it that much.

A great option for blondes!

We use this shampoo and conditioner and go through the bottles pretty quickly (my teen daughter and I both use it). I just decided to step up to the larger bottle and will likely put it on subscription so we're never without it! Smells great and the purple is awesome for blonde hair.(We have well water, too!)

The conditioner is very thick and is not purple but a darker blue color. Also doesn’t have a great smell and doesn’t do much for my hair (medium wavy with blonde highlights). Won’t buy again.
