The bottle functionality is genuinely unacceptable—it’s essentially non-existent. I couldn’t get the conditioner out of the mini bottle at all, which is something I’ve never experienced with any other travel size. I’m not going to commit to a full-size purchase just to trial a product, so this defeats the entire purpose. I was forced to slam the bottle against my hands and ended up hurting myself trying to squeeze anything out—and this happened on both the first and second uses, not just when the product was nearly empty. I even tried scooping it out with the back of a utensil, but ultimately my boyfriend had to cut the bottle open so I could scrape it out with my fingers. This is the biggest red flag a product can have. I routinely email brands when this happens because it is completely unacceptable to have to cut open and dismantle packaging just to access what you’ve paid for. If a product isn’t functional—mini or full size—it’s immediately ruined for me, and I won’t repurchase. The formula itself doesn’t redeem it. The mint essential oil is harsh and irritating—it leaves a lingering tingling sensation on the hands and fingers for hours after application. As for performance, I saw zero benefit. My hair is long and already in good condition since I don’t use heat, and this conditioner did nothing to make it feel silkier, smoother, or more hydrated—despite that being what the brand is known for. The scent is also obnoxiously unpleasant. In 2026, heavily fragranced products feel outdated and unnecessary. It doesn’t read as luxurious—it feels contrived and counterintuitive to the idea of a product that’s supposed to be beneficial for hair health.

I wasn’t expecting a ton since I don’t typically buy high end hair care due to the nature of me having a ton of hair. I have pretty dry, wavy frizzy hair and this felt amazing on my ends and hair. it helped bring out my waves, and smelled amazing. definitely peppermint/rosemary forward. the one thing I wish is that the scents could be swapped from the conditioner to the shampoo, but otherwise 10/10!!

I was excited to try this new conditioner, but after my first use, I will not be using it again. The tingling sensation was very strong. I actually re-washed my hair in an attempt to make it stop using a different shampoo and conditioner.

I’ve used the hydrate conditioner on and off for 3 years and every time I stray I always come back. Nothing has made my coarse long dry hair as silky and soft as this conditioner. I’ll always have this conditioner in my routine!

I was expecting more from this especially because of how good the matching shampoo is. This conditioner is subpar at best, it smells good has a nice tingle sensation while using it but in terms of hydration there is none. My ends are far more dry than they were before I used this.

I love the scent and how it makes my hair feel like😍 I love it!! It is really good and it helps my frizzy hair to feel much better. I do recommend this product but still searching for cheaper and good quality alternative
