I was using this shampoo for a while for me. It was a waste of it's too expensive for doing nothing. i don't feel clean hair at all. i have to wash it like three times, not worthy

Great pre-shampoo!!

This is fantastic as a first pre-shampoo. I really love how gentle it is AND it smells fantastic. It actually really reminds me of the Chanel Chance perfume. I really love it! It’s not stripping at all but still gives me such a clean scalp!

Pricey, but nice.

I have very sensitive skin, including the skin on my scalp. I've been using Necessaire's unscented shampoo with good results, but I decided to buy this during a Sephora sale. It has a strong scent, but thankfully, it doesn't irritate my scalp. The fragrance smells quite nice. And it leaves my scalp and hair feeling clean, but not dried out or straw-like. If you can afford it or snag it during a sale, I'd definitely recommend trying this shampoo. (This review is not part of an incentive program and I tried the shampoo multiple times before writing my review.)

Pass

I was very hopeful from some positive reviews and purchased this. As soon as I rinsed it out I could feel my hair like straw. No amount of conditioner following helped. I had a lot of hair shedding immediately after this.

Love the smell, the suds, and the reliable bottle/pump action! It makes me want to clarify my hair even on days i don’t need to lol, it’s THAT good. So treat yo’self!

Already a holy grail

I've only just used this shampoo for the first time and I feel compelled to write an immediate review. I have seborrheic dermatitis and literally every shampoo makes my scalp super dry, tight, and flaky. So I've always steered absolutely clear of clarifying shampoos... until this one. This shampoo is unreal and I'm already worrying about this being discontinued in the distant future! It lathers wonderfully and my scalp feels great, hair feels great, hair smells great. 10/10.

Fabulous for fine dry hair!

Fantastic for fine hair! I use this for my initial wash, follow it with Shu uemura hydrating shampoo +/- SU conditioner then k18 or colorwow. My fine bleached hair is so clean and has never been softer/smoother and is free from breakage!

Increased Hair fall

This is a really frustrating one. I have a lot of scalp issues, but due to scalp dryness and eczema rather than dandruff and oil. This product is lovely on my scalp, it does exactly what it's supposed to do there. Now onto the bad part. I have tested this multiple different ways, but every time no matter what it increases my hair fall. In the shower hair starts coming off in my hands, and when I put product in before blowdrying, in a way that's just not normal for me. So I think while it comforts my scalp, it also doesn't agree with it somehow? I don't know, but it's really disappointing!

Too drying

This smells really good and lathers well since it has sulphates. Unfortunately it was very drying to my hair. I have extensions and it really made them crispy. My daughter used it as well and it made her hair like straw. Sadly returning as the smell is nice and I like the pump bottle. If this was compatible with my hair I think the value is great for 13 oz bottle.
