Rollers are too heavy!
These rollers are very heavy! Too heavy! I have used different brands of hot rollers for years and years. Couldn’t wait to try these, but all the others I’ve tried are light as a feather compared to these. They look quality, but just too heavy!

Great rollers
This is a really good roller set. The rollers are a bit heavy and it’s best to do this when you’re here is not freshly washed . Use hair mouse too .

Quick & Easy to Use
These are so easy to use and the clips don’t pull my hair when taking them out. The travel bag is amazing!! This product has been gifted by drybar.

LOVE THEM!
So I took a big gamble on these because I used my Sephora $100 Rouge reward to pay for them. ALSO, the reviews for these are heinous! As a child of the 90s, I'm no stranger to hot rollers and Conair were my go-to. As I get older (and a late diagnosis of AuDHD), it's a challenge to try anything uncomfortable or that feels too hard that I can't it make a part of my regular routine. But I watched a bunch of tiktoks and felt these were what I wanted, and now I have ZERO REGRETS! I LOVE THESE! My hair is so bouncy, it gives my fine hair SO MUCH VOLUME but still shiny! I washed my hair, only used Bumble and Bumble Pret Dry Shampoo (to cut down on future grease). With zero hairspray to set or any kind of product to keep the shape, the rollers made me look like I had 5x the amount of hair I actually have. It was almost too much and I had to run some oil through. Now, do these get hot? Yes, I had to put a piece of toilet paper between my scalp and the roller for my bangs because that's where I have the least amount of hair. But I wasn't any hotter than other rollers I've used. Because it's larger than most standard rollers, it's also more heat. Second, are they heavy? I guess? But I think it's the trade-off of having a larger sized roller. The fact that I only need 8 rollers makes getting them in faster and easier (and makes it more like something I'll use for my neurodivergent brain)! A bigger roller means more weight and more surface area for heat. But I found they cooled down pretty quickly and I barely had them in for 15 min before taking them out (which was never true of my Conair rollers) and my hair still kept its shape even after putting it up in a bun overnight to sleep. Definitely recommend these.

The rollers are so heavy that they don’t stay in your hair. They slide right out for fine to medium hair.

Unfortunately heavy weight
Was eyeing this for a while and when it went on flash sale I purchased for a great price. Unfortunately I had to return it as I found it heavy for my fine hair. But to be fair does create lush curls for the right type of hair.

Heavy
I got these on sale and they are awful and heavy. I find the clips don’t hold them in and hot to my scalp. Fast return, so far not a fan of dry bar.

Not even worth $20 bucks.
I’m sure there are better hot roller sets out there with a better price point. The rollers are VERY heavy!!! The clips are cheap and flimsy and barely hold the rollers in place. There is no on/off switch. No auto-shut off. The base/heating element is barebones. It was 100% not worth the money and they are charging for the Dry Bar name. Skip it completely and find a better set.

A lot of bad points
These rollers work, but they’re not easy to use at all: the heat transfers quickly to the scalp to the point where it actually hurts, it gets so hot that it becomes unbearable. Another issue is that it’s difficult to secure them with the clip; after a short while they don’t stay tight anymore, so they can easily fall off and get damaged. And another thing — the curl doesn’t hold unless you use a lot of hairspray. At least, that’s been my experience with fine hair.

What it is: A set of hot rollers with long-length ceramic barrels that hold large sections of hair and evenly distribute heat to create big, bouncy curls with tons of volume and less frizz.

Hair Type: Straight, Wavy, Curly, and Coily

Hair Texture: Fine, Medium, and Thick

Hair Concerns:
- Frizz
- Hold and Style Extending
- Shine

Key Benefits:
- Create big, bouncy curls with tons of volume
- Longer barrels hold more hair
- Reduce frizz and add tons of shine

What Else You Need to Know: The Roller Club Curling Hot Hair Rollers have two different barrel sizes which allow for customized styling on all hair lengths. The three-inch-long barrels are designed with additional length to set larger sections of hair. The ten creaseless clips easily secure sections without leaving dents, and the velvet-flocked ceramic barrels gently grip hair.

Suggested Usage:
-For use on dry hair.
-Work in one-and-a-half to two inch (3.8 to 5 centimeters), detangled sections.
-Position the roller horizontally.
-Wrap hair around the barrel and roll from ends to roots.
-Secure each roller at the root with a creaseless clip.
-Repeat throughout all sections.
-For long-lasting and the best results, let hair set in the rollers until cooled.

To Remove:
-When the color change indicator turns red, rollers are cooled and hair is set.*
-Remove the creaseless clip.
-Gently unroll and twist roller until the ends release.
-Repeat throughout all sections.
-Gently rake through curls to soften.
-Style as desired.

*Setting and cooling time will vary, depending on hair type and length.

Pro-Stylist Tips:
-For defined waves and curls and shorter layers, use the smaller, one and a quarter inch barrels.
-For big, bouncy curls with tons of volume, use the larger, one-and-a-half inch barrels.
-For maximum volume and lift at the root, roll hair onto the barrel then position the roller horizontal at the crown.
-Direct the section slightly forward, then secure with a clip.
-Repeat throughout the crown area.
