Ive bought 3 of these since 2020. Im very gentle with all of my belongings, I use this no more than once a week on partially dried hair. The first one lasted 2.5 years while barely being used, the next two lasted months before breaking. Smoking and fires, loose parts internally, randomly slows down, or just stop out of nowhere with no warning. There has never been any buildup of dust or hair. It gets properly stored and only used for maybe 10 minutes at a time and I turned it off every single time it’s not touching my hair. Hair CONSTANTLY gets stuck under the top piece, either breaks the hair off or just rips it out at the root. Icredibly poor product that does not last a year. It seems every time I purchase a new one, the quality is lower, and it breaks even quicker. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.

This machine is wonderful. My saving grace (other than Jesus). I have dropped this thing more times than I can count, and it have never broken. This thing will fix you up in a pinch. I used this on my wedding day to style my hair. I would highly recommend!

Dangerous Product, Horrible Customer Service
I purchased this product a little over a year ago and it recently started smoking and caught on fire, which was very dangerous! I shipped my faulty product back to the company and they lost my package and refused to give me a refund/replacement.

No go
I was disappointed in how frizzy and without style it was. Even though I didn’t purchase it at Sephora, I still bought the same exact drying for way less. I was excited as I’ve been using the Revlon brush dryer and have heard bad reviews, but after trying this one, I’ll continue using my Revlon brush. Ps. Marshall’s has it for $70, which I think is still not worth the money.

Huge unit-not accurately descripted
Purchased this after much comparison of products was looking forward to a blow dry brush. Opened a Sephora credit card for the 25% discount, after much hassle to get the discount, received it in the mail to find it was much larger. Looked like packaged had been opened as pladtic tray alreafy cracked. II called customer service-no help, told to return and loae the discount as I wanted the the mail mail only to find that not only is the barrel size larger than I thought it’s absolutely huge description says it’s a 2.25 barrel, but the unit itself is big

A Must for My Hair!
This is my 2nd Single Shot - my first one lasted 2&1/2 years with frequent use. The motor was still going strong, but the brush had lost some prongs and the bristles were worn down. Hoping this one lasts me at least as long!

2nd one with same malfunction
I hate that I have to give this a poor review. It is my favorite dryer brush in the world when it works. Unfortunately, this is my second one to have the same issue. After a few months of 2-3 times per week use, the low setting stopped working. It will only work on high. When it happened to the first one I bought I thought it was a fluke and bought a new one. Now just a few months later it has happened again. I’m so bummed because this thing dries my hair better than any other round brush dryer I’ve tried. But I will have to find an alternative.

Suggested Usage: -After shampooing, thoroughly towel-dry hair to remove excess water. For extra-thick or long hair, it may be necessary to rough-dry hair with a regular blow-dryer before using The Single Shot Round Blow-Dryer Brush. -Brush out hair using a detangling brush or comb and separate into large sections. -Place the blow-dryer brush underneath each section, and work it gradually from roots to ends until the section is dry and smooth. -It can also be used on dry hair to create a smooth, finished look. -For loose curls and waves: Use vertically throughout the hair. -For volume at the roots, use horizontally at the crown.
