This is the first time I’ve purchased something after receiving a sample. This year I moved to a very very dry climate and that, combined with the fact I use a retinol, meant I was fighting against constantly dry and dull skin. I was really struggling to find a daily moisturizer that worked without breaking me out. This is more expensive that I usually spend on cream, but I find I can use a very small amount in the morning and at night and my skin is hydrated and bright. Such a relief to find something that actually works! My skin can be sensitive, but I have not experienced any issues with this. Packing is the one downside. Full size product is provided in bulky and wasteful container (I also worry about air exposure and having to use my finger to scoop out the product vs a squeeze tube). Would much rather a package similar to the sample.

rash all over my face
received a trial size with my last order. was very excited to try it out as i just finished my regular vit c cream bottle (glow receipe) and was looking to try new product to see if i change or rebuy. i had a rash after the first use. my entire face is now covered with bumps. never had a rash like this with a product. i generally love peter thomas roth products but not this one .

works for my skin
I love it. I got a sample size of the i guess newest iteration of this product. It leaves my skin bright. I can have sensitive skin depending on factors. Like i cant use retinol products without major skin issues that last weeks if not months to fix.
That being said I haven't had any issues woth this product. I use it with a c serum ( i have a few i rotate) that all seem to work with this moisturizer. each time i've worn this, my skin is extremely bright dewy, and it sits well under makeup.. I use the tinted spf by innbeauty and qith powder with no issues. i am lihht-medium tan with like a pink warm undertone. my skin can be oily, but as i've gotten older, it's more combination like I can definitely see dry patches and oily spots at the same time. i like this trial so much that I plan on purchasing the big jar. however, I think I would prefer it coming out of a tube because of the type of product it is.I'm not sure how the jar is going to do ( oxidize?)so if I can find a smaller size to purchase.I would get that over a big jar. but again, I can verify, I did not get any of the issues.People have with like the little pimples or red spots.But I also don't mix any other additives.Besides other sea products and an additional hydrating primer serum. n I love it. works for me.

The reviewers getting rashes are not exaggerating! I've been using this just in the morning for 4 days and I now have red bumps all over my face! And my skin looks so splotchy! I used sunscreen everyday since it is a Vitamin C product, but still broke out in a rash. I don't even have sensitive skin.

I received a sample for my birthday gift last year and I loved the product at the time. The price is salty and I waited until it went on sale to buy the full size. Extremely disappointed. I used the product for 3 days and my skin got so dry and flaky. I thought it could be just my cycle. Didn't use it for a long time and tried again for 2 days and the same results. To my disappointment, I was already past the return date according to Sephora's policy. Left on my nightstand, until I decided to try again and I got the same results. I don't understand how I got such bright and nice results with the sample and the full size is destroying my skin. I didn't even use 15% of the container and I just wish I could swap for another product.

Just why?
I dislike it when companies decide to change their formulas. If something is working well, why change it? The new formula caused a rash on my face. Although it's supposed to be moisturizing, it actually dried out my skin. Additionally, why does a product that costs $72 come in a plastic jar?

I applied it on my face two times and it left small red bumps all over my face. These bumps were very itchy and they have burning sensation.
I had to use camomile oil to calm my face.
