Skin burn

I have given this product a two tries but both times it burned my under eye and cheekbone area really badly. It felt like a chemical burn. I have never had a product with hyaluronic acid do this to my skin so I believe it’s this specific formula. Unfortunately

Great for hydration and cooling

I recently purchased these as I am a big fan of under eyepatches. when I first opened it up the container was very full of fluid making it a bit slippery to take two out but not difficult and when I went back in a week to use them again the serum had all disappeared but it seems as tho the serum was absorbed by the eyepatches as I have noticed they are "juicier" the little spoon that comes with it makes it a lot easier to get them out....they are also nicely placed into two piles so I grab one from each pile which also helps separate them. I gave a 4 star because I have found the Summer Fridays Jetlag under eye masks and the Rhode under eye patches are much better but these are actually more cost efficient if you factor in the fact that a pack of 15 sunmer fridays patches are $68 and the Rhode is a 6 pack for $38 and these are $78 for 30. There are others that are more cost efficient like the cosRX or biodance brand...I am trying to just compare the hydrating under eye patches

TERRIBLE do not buy

One of my favorite products quickly turned the worst think I’ve ever bought. I’m returning. The formula is completely different/ this is not the same product that i have bought and recommended for years. Shameful

A once great product was ruined

I've used these patches for years and have recommended them to so many people. The recent changes to the silicone and serum straight up ruined them. The silicone is so thick and the serum is such a small amount that they don't adhere properly. On top of that, there is barely any discernible benefit. PTR took a great product and make them so inferior that I will advise people not to waste their money. I can get better eye patches at Target.

No longer the same product as before, do not buy

I’ve been buying this product for years, which had become a staple in my beauty routine, however, the recent product that I received looked completely different than it had in the past. They literally changed everything about this product. Everything is different. There’s no serum, the shape of the iPad has changed and doesn’t even fit nicely under my eye anymore. The container it came in even looked different and wasn’t as luxurious looking as it was before. I will be returning this product and never buying it again.

Not as saturated second time around.

Loved these the first time I bought them. They were super hydrating without leaving behind a greasy residue and were so refreshing. The second container I bought didn't seem to have as much serum in it. The patches were not as saturated. They weren't worth the price the second time around, so I am on the hunt for a different hydrating eye patch.
