Perfect For Clean-up on Eye'l Two
These have soft tips, yet they have the perfect degree of firmness for cleaning up mistakes or fall-out when applying my makeup, especially around the eyes. I also use these to tidy up my lip line. They work better and are more precision than a fingertip or tissue. If I wore creamy eyeliner that day, I also use these with eye make-up remover to get my lash line clean. I would not be without them.

Quite a few (over a dozen) of them had the cotton missing off one side and just have the sharp stick part. Terrible quality control.

They Are, Indeed, Cotton Swabs.
I mean…they’re cotton swabs and it’s pretty hard to mess that up. They both look and perform in a manner I’d expect from $3.00 cotton swabs. I prefer using these over my mint green ones as those are for aesthetic purposes.
