I’m honestly surprised by how many negative reviews this product has received. I’ve been using it for the past few months, and it has been a great addition to my skincare routine. My skin absolutely loves it!
I use it two different ways. If I’m wearing makeup, I use it as my second cleanse after removing my makeup and doing an initial wash. On days when I’m not wearing makeup, I use it as my regular cleanser, and it does a great job on its own.
It leaves my skin feeling clean, soft, and refreshed without feeling stripped or dry. Of course, everyone’s skin is different, but this cleanser has worked really well for me, and I’ll definitely be repurchasing it.

Super disappointed
I was a fan of the Zinc micellar water. So when I finally ran out and picked this one up, I was immediately disappointed with the gelly feel. The product did not soak into my cotton rounds as easily, (I have to mash it in) and when I went to remove my eye makeup it stung my eyes very badly. I have even tried to close my eyes really tight, but it still gets in. I also find that after I use it, I still have to rinse my face because I feel a wierd film left behind, where as with the prior product, I could pretty much wipe and go.
I really don't mind when Sephora ventures out to improve their products, but there should be some base products, that are tried and true, that are always a staple of the line. Sometimes as the saying goes, "If it's not broke, don't fix it".
