I don’t wear heavy makeup on a regular basis and wear extremely limited if any eye makeup as I do lash extensions and am not trying to overwash them.
Anyway, I use this is a step 2 after the Clinique micellar wipes to remove tinted sunscreen and bronzer. I’ve almost always soap and water washed my face after this. I wouldn’t say it should be frequently used as a non-rinse formula as it leaves a slight film but you could probably get away with using it without rinsing for a couple days.

My store was out of the Drunk Elephant milky micellar water, which I’ve used for 4-5 years, and the Sephora associate showed me this one. This is a pretty perfect dupe for it. I use it as a gentle cleanser once a day (I usually don’t wear a lot of makeup). I don’t find it irritating like some other reviews. Texture was nice but that’s about it. The sephora collection micellar cleansing milk with postbiotics + niacinamide really stung my eyes! I was surprised by the burning sensation bc for eyes too. I prefer other micellar water because I find it easier to apply and doesn’t sting like the sephora collection’s. I have both sephora collection cleansing micellar water, the milk (pink bottle) and the water (blue bottle). Same issue with both.
