I’ll repurchase this forever.
I LOVE this toner! It’s a great alternative to some more expensive toners. The consistency is thinner than Rhode (also doesn’t have coconut like Rhode so it won’t break you out) and is thicker than Laniege so you can FEEL the long lasting hydration. Helped give my skin a smoother, more balanced texture immediately after application. Wears well under makeup too.

This is an okay toner but honestly not my favorite. I have acne-prone skin that tends to need some extra moisture and hydration without being too heavy. Sephora Soothe Hydrating Milky Toner does a good job at hydrating my skin but has a bit of a strange smell- almost like glue? While using this toner my skin did feel smooth, without irritation and it didn't clog my pores but its not a toner I feel like I would reach for specifically. Overall its an okay product and would work well for those seeking a general/ simple type of toner. Product was received as a part of an educational promotion.

Didn’t work for my sensitive skin, smells weird
Made my skin feel itchy but I have very sensitive skin and rosacea. I didn’t find it all that hydrating either. The smell is off-putting for me. A synthetic, plasticky smell, however I understand that no fragrance added products can have weird smells. but yhis one

I really liked this toner. It feels lightweight on my skin and doesn't burn like others have. I use it with a cotton round and I do notice it cleans my face. Good for oily skin!

This milky toner just wasn’t my favorite. The texture is nice and lightweight, and it feels comfortable on the skin, but I didn’t notice any real difference in my skin after using it. It’s supposed to help with hydration and redness, but for me, the results were very minimal. As someone who’s tried other milky toners, I’ve definitely used better ones that give more noticeable hydration and overall skin improvement. This one just felt like an extra step that didn’t really add much to my routine. I didn’t experience any irritation, so it’s gentle and would probably work well for someone with more sensitive or beginner skin. But for me, it just wasn’t enough. I’ll probably pass this along to someone who needs something simple, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to repurchase it.

It feels lightweight, but still has enough body to make skin feel comforted right away. I love using it before the rest of my skincare because it helps everything layer better and gives my skin that soft, refreshed, hydrated feel without heaviness. I also like that it has ectoin and squalane, which makes sense because it feels soothing, smooth, and barrier-friendly. Morning or night, this is one of those easy products I keep reaching for :)he

Just okay
The Sephora Hydrating Milky Toner is a nice product overall product. It is a much more affordable milky toner than other popular brands. The consistency of the toner is very thick and creamy, almost that of a thin moisturizer. For my skin, this was too thick and my pores on my nose seemed to get clogged after using consistently for a few days which I have never experienced with a milky toner. It also seemed to have a hard timer absorbing into my skin. My skin did have less redness after use. I appreciated that the toner is not scented; however, it smells so bad. It has a strange chemical smell that lingers for quite some time. I wanted to love this toner so much but for me it is a miss. If you like a thicker milky toner and your skin tolerates it, this would be a good product to try.

Such a milky toner
I’m in my early 30s with combination skin that can feel dry and tight in some areas, especially after cleansing, so I’ve really liked adding this toner into my routine. The milky texture feels comforting right away and gives that first layer of hydration without feeling heavy. It sinks in quickly and takes away that stripped feeling some cleansers can leave behind. I’ve noticed my skin looks calmer and more even when I use it consistently, and the rest of my skincare seems to apply better afterward. It layers nicely without pilling, which I appreciate when I’m doing multiple steps. I also like using it before makeup because it helps my skin feel smoother and less dry. If your skin gets dehydrated easily or you want a toner that feels more nourishing than watery, this is a good one to keep around. This product was provided for promotional purposes in exchange for my honest review.

Thick Hydrating Toner
The Hydrating Milky Toner is a product meant to be used after cleansing the skin and before serums and moisturizers. I like to use gentle toners in my routine to provide extra hydration and prepare my skin for thicker serums and moisturizers. This toner has a thicker consistency than I am used to but still preps the skin well for the rest of my routine. It is fragrance-free and friendly for sensitive skin. I usually put some drops of the product into my palms and then dab into my skin, let it absorb, and then continue with my skincare. I enjoyed using this product and adding it to my routine. I only wish it was a little less viscous as a personal preference. I received this product as part of educational promotion.

Definitely took some time to get used to the consistency and in my experience toners are always more on the spray on or full liquidy but this one had a bit of body to it. Definitely hydrating though. Would recommend applying with clean bare hands
