Too soft. Crayon breaks & hard to sharpen
I love the color and how smoothly it glides on. But that is also its weakness. The color wax is so soft it cannot be sharpened easily, you waste lots sharpening it (breaking it). It also does not last.

Great color and wear however there is lots of waste and it is very hard to sharpen. I even have a make up sharpener. Not worth the money when have the pencil gets sharpened .

Hard to sharpen!!
I am not sure what material they used to make this lip pencil but it seems plasticy which makes it hard to sharpen. My regular lip pencil sharpener didn't work. I got an all metal one and that worked better but overall sharpening it sucks and you end up losing a good amount of the product in the process.
For $30 I feel scammed!
Also all this "long wear" nonsense needs to stop. It wears off just like any other lip pencil and I honestly found the Sephora brand just as good and for LESS!!
Sorry. This is one of the very few Pat McGrath products that I won't be buying again!

This is a pricey lip liner that does glide on nice but does not long wear like it Advertises. There are far better lip liners ( MAC, Make up brand Mario ) that actually stay put ! I definitely returned to Sephora!

This has been my absolute favorite lip liner for forever and I was so sad when it was taken off the website for a bit but I’m glad it’s back!! The Structure shade is the exact same, which is great.
