I have had a few of these lipsticks now and the colours are just so beautiful. They sit very nicely on the lip. However, I don’t have a single one of them that doesn’t break from the case.

Description is incorrect.

I thought no this is warmer than the description. It is not blue-pink. It is brown-pink. For the cost, don’t order online. You need to go into the store and try the shades on in case they’re not your colour. I love the product however. It’s the best matte I’ve ever found. They no longer sell my colour

Case is distinctive but defective

Beautiful color, texture and lasting power. But - and this is a big but - the color fell out of the case after I used it a few weeks. I have never had this happen with a lipstick other than the two I purchased from Pat McGrath. No answer from customer service

Bought Elson 3 and tried it,thought it worked for me for like a day or 2, but it was the wrong shade of red, has more of an orange undertone more than a blue, UNTIL I found and tried Elson, I absolutely LOVE this, it’s SO SO SMOOTH on the lips and is SO PRETTY

My go to red since I can remember has always been Ruby Woo, but it dried my lips too much and I needed a change. This lipstick is not only gorgeous, but also hydrates my lips, they do not look like they are cracking. I give it 4.5 starts because it smudges a little bit and I did not expect that, but still...it's beautiful.

Pass!! Do not recommend

This formula is severely dry to the point it accentuates everything on your lips and sucks the moisture from them. It broke on me after a couple of uses. Definitely not worth the price

I really like the product; however, once about a third of the lipstick remains, the holder stops twisting, which is quite frustrating given the price point.

Suggested Usage:

Prep and Define

- Smooth lips with exfoliant, then dab on a touch of Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Concealer (sold separately) to neutralize natural lip color and create the perfect canvas.

- Define the lip and enhance staying power with a coordinating PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil (sold separately).

Build Color Opacity in Layers

- Use your finger to press and roll color onto the lip.

- Start in the middle of the bottom lip and work outwards to either edge. Repeat on the top lip.

Create Longer-Lasting Wear

- After applying Lipstick, gently pull a tissue apart into two thin sheets.

- Press one of the sheets against the lips and lightly dust with Sublime Perfection Setting Powder (sold separately).
