I love Nars products and was so excited to try this- used it and then decided to sharpen… only for the whole liner to slide right out :( it was impossible to put it back in and for it to be truly useful after that, so it went to the trash. Very disappointe

I Love it but it was defective.
I started using it but maybe after I had to sharpen it. The whole pencil inside just came out. So I only used it a little bit. Then I tried to take it back to the store and the manager the one on Westheimer said thst it was over a year that i had bought it and that he couldnt do anything about it. I told him even tho its a defective product plus i bought a few thats why i was barely using this one but i was very disappointed with the stire manager. I had to buy a new other brand because they dont carry this one anymore and i had been buying it for years. But that was very upsetting.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. This used to be my favorite piece of makeup. when they made it a pencil that you have to sharpen, it destroyed it. The pencil breaks and it needs constant sharpening, wasting all of the product. Please bring back the original!

Suggested Usage: For a precise tightline: -Lift top lashline gently with fingertip and fill in gaps between the roots of lashes. -Continue to trace along upper waterline to darken lashline. -Tip: Via Vaneto is an everyday black shade, can be used for a multipurpose application.
For a smoky look: -Line along the lashline, then smudge and blend up toward bridge. -Layer with a deep eyeshadow, then blend and diffuse. -Tip: Gran Via is an extreme black shade, for a smoldering effect.
