Lacklustre. These incentivized reviews are really skewing the legitimacy of reviews and the use of reviews to buy products. Sephora needs to control for this better. With that said this setting spray does not do anything. It does not make my skin look any more luminous. It doesn’t help my makeup stay longer. And I actually have to spray it a few times before applying it to my face because the nozzle is either malfunctioned or the application is just really poorly made.

Not setting
I’ve been using this for a few months and finally just need to put it away. It doesn’t set my makeup at all. May as well spritz your face with water. Maybe it’s hydrating? I can’t tell any difference.
This is awful. It's not hydrating, if anything it's very mattifying and makes your skin look dry and emphasizes fine lines (not that I have any but this made me look like I do). But worst of all, when I got I wore this for 8 hours at work and when I got home, the foundation on my checks had separated and melted away!

Reflects the way it should!
I have used many different setting sprays. Nars is one of my favs. I’ve been using the Light Reflecting Hydrating Makeup Setting Mist pretty consistently for a year. I can reach for a half dozen other choices in my arsenal. 9 outta 10 times, I grab the Nars.
I have combination, mature skin. There’s much I don’t want to accentuate. It took a long time to find powders/learn techniques that didn’t make me look older. I compensated for powder by using blurring setting sprays instead. I still do this on days i want to feel pretty but go light on makeup.
Nars light reflecting spray does a good job of giving a filtered appearance. A couple quick spritzes and you’re good for the day. Also, it’s great for a revitalizing touch up after a long day.

Best setting spray I’ve tried
Works super well! The mist diffuses really well so you’re never getting a concentrated shot of product. I use 2-3 sprays and my makeup lasts for quite awhile, even when I’m sweating. The ingredient list is pretty short and clean as well.

As a fan of dewy makeup, this hydrating mist definitely gets the job done. However, it dries down rather quick, and minutes later i’m back to looking how I did pre-application. Might be my skin, or might be a sub-par formula. Repurchased twice and will probably try one last time before I have a final consensus.

This truly leaves the melted in makeup look we all strive for!! I sprayed this in store over my makeup and 5 minutes later my best friend said it looked like I was wearing a filter on my face.
