I can’t say enough good things about this blow dry brush! If you want salon results at home then RUN and don’t walk and get this brush. Quite frankly, I don’t know how I was living without it— I don’t use ANY other styling tool now because this one does it all. I understand some reviewers rate it negatively due to hair damage etc but I genuinely think that’s a misuse issue rather than a product one. On top of that, it’s for thick, coarse and frizzy hair mainly. If you have this hair type like I do, you’ll FALL IN LOVE with this brush. I truly can’t emphasize enough how amazing it is. The results I get from using it surpass any styles I’ve had in a salon! Others complain also about it being too hot but I have not had an issue with heat. Curls stay for DAYS. Hair looks good even a week after blowdrying without further styling needed throughout the week. Point blank period it’s PHENOMENAL and my favorite purchase of 2026. I’ll buy it again and again and again if I have to.

I purchased the ghd Duet blow dryer/brush in November. Unfortunately, it was delivered while I was traveling, and by the time I returned, the return window had already closed. I began using the tool assuming there might be a learning curve. I’ve been using another blow dryer regularly for over 3 years with excellent results, so I’m not new to styling tools. However, after only 4 uses, I noticed significant damage - my hair felt burnt, brittle, and completely compromised. The damage was so severe that I had to cut off 5 inches of my hair. This has never happened to me with any other blow dryer or styling tool. I followed the instructions and did not misuse the product. For a brand and price point like ghd, this level of damage is unacceptable. I’m honestly shocked by the overwhelmingly positive reviews, as my experience was the complete opposite. The tool is extremely expensive, and for that cost, I expected safety, quality, and performance - not irreversible damage. To make matters worse, Sephora would not assist with a return due to their policy, despite the circumstances. This experience has been a hard lesson, and I will never purchase electronic tools from Sephora again. My hard earned money went down the drain, and my hair paid the price. I would strongly caution anyone with healthy or long hair to think twice before purchasing this product.

Works like it say it does…heavy and bulky which makes a big learning curve to use. The tip does get hot but u could use a heat glove. Now, if used every single day or other day I would not recommend. This made my hair smell burnt and other the curlers have never done that. I would recommend for someone with fine hair that blowers quickly and heat protectant for sure. I like the fact that the bristles on the barrel are hard and will never wear down like some of the other blower brushes. I cat say not to buy but try it out. I
