Suggested Usage: As a Sealant: -To set lip or eyeliner, apply your pencil first, then dab a small amount of Aqua Seal on top using your finger or a brush. -Pro tip: For a longer-lasting full face, add a few drops into your setting spray before applying.
As an Adhesive: -Place a drop onto a palette or the back of your hand, then saturate your brush. -Dip your brush into pigment or glitter, then apply.
