Very disappointed, poor coverage, mediocre at best
Honestly, I was very disappointed in this concealer. In all my years shopping at Sephora, it was the first product that I returned. I was a very loyal user of the full coverage concealer that Make Up For Ever discontinued and this was the product they replaced it with. They went from having the best full coverage concealer on the market to this mediocre garbage. These types of light coverage wand concealers are a dime a dozen, every brand has their own version and you can go to the drug store and get something better than this for a fraction of the price. I don't know what they were thinking. This product is a total dud. Don't waste your money. And it is NOT full coverage, not even close.
I will never be without this magnificent concealer! The coverage is exceptional!!

I am not a dry or oily skin texture, I don’t have super big pores or flaky skin. But with this concealer, it looks like I have large pores and flaky skin. I’ve used different skin preps but nothing. I am a professional artist and I know how to prep skin. I’ve used many foundations and concealers but this one is just not it. I will go back to the other concealer in this line.

Wow, Make Up For Ever HD has now become my new go-to concealer. The coverage is top-tier, I'd definitely call it a medium coverage that is genuinely buildable. When I apply, it glides on and blends similarly to skincare. It just melts under my eyes, without creasing or caking. I wore this one day with no primer and just a bit of setting powder and it totally lasted ALL DAY. No transfer, no melting, nothing! It also pairs well with my other foundations and tinted sunscreen. It's also a very nourishing formula, I appreciate the added dose of skincare. This is SO natural, yet can build in a way for a full glam. It lives up to all of its claims.
The unexpected secondary star of the show is that the brush actually works well. It's a dense concealer brush that is perfect for the under eye area. I also think the shade range is very solid. I highly recommend it! I will be buying this for the rest of my life!
