I thought the reviews on this filter being hard to install were exaggerating, they were not. During installation the little wrench that comes in the kit would not fasten the filter onto the faucet, once that was figured out about a week later i decided to return and uninstall the filter.

DO NOT BUY! Does not fit and bad customer service!
The faucet filter does not fit in our sink just like previous review mentioned. My house was built 2018 so it does not matter when house was built. I reached out to customer service multiple times and they ignore my emails. There’s no company phone number. I also ordered their bath tub filter back in July and never received the product. This company is a scam!! Please don’t buy from them! Sephora should screen company’s practices before allowing them to sell at Sephora.

Extremely difficult to install- DO NOT BUY
While this product may be great, the installation process was absolutely insane. I consider myself very handy (I installed my own drinking water reverse osmosis system in my kitchen) and this took me over three hours and I ended up not being able to install it because my house was built in 1985 and my bathroom sink aerator didn't match the parts that came with the box. I reached out to customer service several times and never heard anything back. Do not waste your money!!

my skin looks and feels amazing
Honestly didn’t realize how much of a diff a faucet filter could make until I tried this one. I’ve seen a real improvement in my skin, especially around my jawline (where I usually get dry patches). I've noticed some of the redness around my nose has also cleared up. Setup was super easy.
It's also been so convenient for filling my water bottle. I'm a bit water drinker and used to wait forever for my Brita to fill up. Now it's quick and easy right from the bathroom sink.
Highly reco this if you live in a city or have hard water. Will definitely be gifting one to my sister for her birthday!

Goodbye Gross Los Angeles water - Cleared my Acne
I have been testing out the Canopy Faucet filter for 8 months now, and I can say without a doubt it's my favorite skincare item. I struggle with Acne and red irritation, and washing my face with this has been a gamechanger! I took off my old faucet aerator, and it was SO GROSS! I can't believe what was living in my faucet and getting on my face—yuck! The Los Angeles water is nasty. I trust this product and love how it has helped my skin! Water feels softer too. I even fill up my bedside water cup with the filtered water!
