At first, this was great! I never used a filtered shower head before, and I noticed a difference in my hair & skin right away. However, had it for just over a hear, and it completely broke. Others have pics on here that shows it happened to them too - the outer tubing (that connects the shower head to the shower arm) detached from the bottom of the shower head, exposing the flimsy plastic tubing inside (which does not handle any water pressure, split right away). Tried fixing it, but no luck. Feel this is too expensive to have this happen in just over a year, when regular shower heads less than a 1/5th of this price last for years & years. I would avoid buying this.

Broke after a year, I was changing the filter and it snapped opened and cracked. I also did the install correctly and it leaked everywhere. I only got this because I wanted the sprayer but I’m going back to the Jolie that has better water pressure

TERRIBLE CHEAP PRODUCT, breaks conveniently just outside 1 year warranty, parts are plastic and the customer service team is AWFUL. Rude and do not stand by their products or care about their customers at all. Save your money or invest in Jolie !

a little disappointed in this. i love the scalp massager and the handheld aspect. the easy installation and exchanging of the filters is very convenient as well. i live in an apartment with really hard water, and i havent noticed a difference with that really. for the money, i think you could probably find better options.

I loved this showerhead at first, but after just over a year the gasket loosened and started leaking, causing low water flow. When I reached out for support, Canopy was slow to respond and told me I’d need to buy a subscription I didn’t need just to qualify for help. For the price, the product should last longer and the customer service should be better.

Junk experience, bought the matte black one and it is terrible (not only will the shower head not screw back on (ie. where you replace the filters) but it leaks everywhere there is a connection even with tons of plumber tape. Worst shower head ever purchased.

Bought this for my very small stand-up shower. Terrible angle- the water basically shot straight out over my head against the opposite wall. Bought a secondary holder from canopy that stuck onto the shower wall at a lower height, but it was still a weird angle. And it's so top-heavy, it would fall out easily. I was hoping it would make my hair softer and fall out less, but it didn't. It made my skin feel less dry initially, but then after a month my skin was much dryer and itchy. So I changed the filter, wondering if that was the problem. Unscrewed the faceplate, installed new filter, screwed the faceplate back on. Turned on the shower, and the faceplate blew right off. The housing is cheap plastic, and the puny threads that hold the faceplate completely broke. Too late to return it to Sephora, and canopy wouldn't refund anything either. They did send me a new device, which I'm not sure is worth installing. The non-handheld version in my kids' bathroom broke recently as well, after only 4 months. Also, the filters have much more charcoal in them than the pictures want you to believe. The only nice thing about this is the full coverage spray.

Bought this twice because it repeatedly broke after less than a year, it is CHEAP and plastic, either the hose part rips apart or the head attachment wont close fully after causing water to go everywhere so I would not recommend recommend

I am obsessed with my new showerhead! I have already seen a difference in my skin and hair! It was so easy to install and I love the color options they have - this one works perfectly with my bathroom design. Highly highly recommend!
