I'm addicted to this especially in the winter!
This product has the word "towel" in it, but the texture is more like a light comfy blanket. It's perfect to use with the PEMF mat and great for heat transfer, but it's lovely to use on it's own while working or hanging out on the couch. Since it is enclosed at the end it feels like blanket onesie and I am constantly reaching for it at night instead of a blanket.

Increases heat transfer in sauna
Really improves HigherDose sauna blanket experience. More effective heat transfer with this in blanket vs neck-to-toe clothing. However, this would be better if it was open on both ends as it's a bit of a challenge to get into blanket in the towel sack design, it would be an improvement for HD to redesign without being sewn at foot end, this is a fall hazard and makes this item not inclusive and the reason for 3 vs 5 stars.

A must have
This is a must have if you get the sauna blanket. It is so great to be able to get in a blanket without any clothes and this makes clean up so easy. You just take the insert and throw it in the wash and it’s ready for the next use.

A Total Game Changer!
The HigherDOSE Towel Insert is a total game changer. Before this came out, I would go in my sauna blanket with a towel, long-sleeve shirt, sweatpants, and socks. It worked but it felt like a lot of material and was a little uncomfortable. This towel insert makes it easier and more comfortable to get your sweat on because you don't have to wear additional clothing and the towel soaks up all of your sweat so it's easier to clean up.

This has made using my sauna blanket more often much easier. I'll set it up in the blanket and let everything start to heat up. Then slip in. Sometimes I still have a tee or PJs on. I usually lie on the floor and turn on music or a podcast. Sometimes turn off the lights and light a candle and turn off whatever stressors the day has brought. Cleanup afterward is easier I can throw it in the washing machine right away. I usually wipe down the mat itself with a scented wipe from Aunt Fannie's. I keep a box near all the sauna items. It's great year round but especially nice during winter in Colorado.
