You zip yourself in and it turns into this cozy full body heat that makes you relax instantly. Not harsh just deep even warmth that gets you sweating in the best most intentional way

Blanket is so simple and easy to use. All I do is turn it on, set it to level six, and walk away for about 10 minutes to let it heat up. Then I lay down inside wearing a long-sleeve shirt, pants, and socks to protect my skin because it does get very hot. That extra layer really helps prevent any discomfort from direct heat. You can go to a higher level if you can handle it, but honestly, level six is perfect for me.
After using it, my skin looks more glowy, and I feel incredibly relaxed.

HigherDOSE Infrared Sauna Blanket
Prior to receiving my HigherDose sauna blanket, I experienced daily joint and muscular pain. It is winter where I live which increases these symptoms. I have been using my blanket every other day for 35 minutes at 7-9 listening to meditation music. This seems to be a lovely quality sauna blanket and has worked really well so far! I am following the instructions of wearing clothing (trying to make sure it is cotton, as I want it to be breathable) including socks, so it is quite an adjustment to be purposefully sweating into clothes! Then I remove myself, do some simple yoga stretches and then go back in for another 35, do some stretches in the blanket. My body feels such a release and it even changes my mood. I feel more motivated and calm. My pain completely subsides and lasts for days. I love this blanket! It’s so well made and easy to use. I find that using the HigherDose blanket to be the easiest, most relaxing part of my self care routine. The blanket warms up to your selected temperature to help sweat out impurities and burn calories. How easy that is to burn calories while lying in a blanket! The blanket also helped with improving my mood and allowed me to reduce stress. Suggested Usage: -Wear comfortable, skin covering clothing. They recommend loose cotton. Socks are required. Prefer to keep your clothes off? The Infrared Sauna Blanket Insert is all the protection you need. -Lay your Sauna Blanket on a flat, heat resistant surface. Try a massage table or a yoga mat. -You’ll need a barrier between your body and the blanket. Use a towel for added comfort. -Preheat the sauna blanket for 10 minutes. Select a temperature level by turning the dial. Begin on level 4 or 5, slowly increasing to 6 or 7. Level 8 should only be used if sweating cannot be achieved on lower levels. -Slip into your sauna blanket and zip yourself in.
