I get sore after running and like to spray then massage this into my legs. The texture is a little greasy. After a while there is a noticeable reduction in soreness and it’s gone the next day. This magnesium spray also helps with restless legs!

My body absolutely loves this magnesium spray. I have a lot of muscle tension from an overactive nervous system and I have tried so many things over the years, including magnesium powder. The way this stuff soaks into my skin and melts tension is genuinely amazing. I just spray some into my hand and then rub into the part of my body that is sore/tight/tense and let it do it's thing. You can use it when you need, but I like putting it on before bed so it can work its magic while I sleep.

Surprisingly effective!
I do not understand how this could possibly be as effective as it is. The scientist in me can’t understand how a topical could be quite this helpful but I’m too grateful to question it. Within about 20-30 min it works!

This stuff is great for muscle soreness and tightness! But it does burn when you first put it on. It goes away but it was definitely a shock when I first put it on. Once you get past those initial seconds, the results are amazing.

Suggested Usage: -Always spray on clean dry skin.
