Upon ordering with difficulties online and subsequently through on the phone with your customers representatives. I was on the phone for an hour transferring to various people before the order was finally placed. The order was supposed to be arriving on July 1. However it was starting at Modesto and Sacramento,CA Distribution Center and for strange reason it was then transfer to your Nashville TN Center on Jul 1 then wandering around various cities in TN and latest was back to SFO CA on Jul 5.
