Too Drying
I purchased this cream with very high hopes. After using it for 20 days, I found it quite drying on my skin. I always use a hyaluronic acid underneath my moisturizer, as we live in a mountainous, dry climate (at 7500 altitude) in New Mexico, and it still was drying out my skin. I tried to return it 3 different times with Estee Lauder, within the 30 day return period, and they kept telling me that a refund form was emailed to me and I should receive it within 10-14 days. I never received it. I notified customer service again, for a 4th time, and they told me the return window was closed. Ugh. So I found a great product with Lancôme Absolue Longevity; it is extremely moisturizing and lifts my skin just as I need and it doesn't dry my skin out! Love this product! I still use Estee products for all of my other skincare needs, but so unfortunate that Estee let me down with this return. Re-Nutriv is quite an expensive product that did not deliver results for me.

Amazing eye cream
