wow I wish I saw the multi reviews of the broken applicator before buying this product. I agree that im shocked that lady gaga does not know how many customers are cheated out of their $$ for inability to use the product with the applicator broken off ao easily.

HAUS LAB CHANGED THE APPLICATOR.. it breaks after 3 uses. This formula is still my holy grail! I love the shade “primary “ and “tint” I have been a fan for many years since this product came out Recently the new gloss, the applicator breaks after 3 uses!!! This will be at your own risk to buy. But I swear on this formula is still the same. Not sticky, glides on super juicy. Tints the lips. lady gaga please bring the old applicator back!!

I was so excited when this item went on sale because I have been waiting to try it out only for the applicator to break after the first day of using it. Literally on my 3rd use,then I come to the reviews and realize that I’m not the first person this has happened too. So disappointed. The formula and the consistency was nice, and I love that fact that the top was like a mirror on it. Please don’t waste your money until they fix the applicator issue

Formula is great, but the packaging is defective. The applicator broke off inside the bottle after only two uses. Unbelievable that Sephora keeps selling this despite the well-known defect. Do not recommend.

I wouldn’t repurchase it

The applicator is disappointing. I purchased it just two days ago, and it already feels like it’s going to break. The brand clearly cut corners on the packaging, although the formula itself is good. Unfortunately, considering the poor-quality applicator, I don’t think it’s worth the price.

Broke after a few uses

Unfortunately the reviews were right and the doe foot broke off after a few uses. It’s too late for me to return or exchange. Idk if it’s the full size ones only because I had the mini and I used it up without issues. I hope they fix it :/

Faulty applicator but Beautiful shade & Formula

I got the shade Tint and it's a beautiful shade but I am marking low due to the construction of the applicator. Just like what many others mentioned the applicator foot fell off after just my third usage. Which is a shame because I really love the formula and the shade Tint was so lovely. For now the black nub is providing me the product but eventually I wont be able to continue using. Such a waste of product.

Got this as a sample and love it! It won’t plump your lips but provides moisture and a nice sheer pink colour for everyday or over a lipstick. It the shine might give a mild appearance of plumping. Mild tingling noted.
