The lip lacq is definitely pigmented to an extent, but it doesn’t plump at all. You can’t really tell it’s blue unless you shine a flashlight on it, and the glitter is pretty subtle. It’s a unique lip gloss though!

This looks nice, gives a nice edge over lipsticks but the staying power is nonexistent. More importantly the packaging took a chunk out my finger when I put the applicator back in the tube!
