Great Product but...
I do like this product. I think it is hydrating and very shine. But I do not think the product is plumping at all. It does not have that tingling feeling that lip plumper has and that was a good surprise for me. I also like that the cap needs to be redesigned because it keeps on falling off in my bags even though it was put on properly. Overall, I would recommend but just some things to keep in mind.

The formula of the product is divine. It is not a lip plumper though. It's an intensive hydrating serum for the lips that works best as an overnight treatment. I took one star off for the packaging. It's cheap plastic. For the price point, it should be metal and more substantial.
