A friend of mine uses this products and likes it very much so I was glad to find it at Macys. While not a discontinued product, Kiehls is pending production of this product so not available in many stores but lots at Macys!

Soap or dust? A sudsy situation gone dry & awry!
I recently purchased five bars of soap, and upon opening them, I noticed they were almost in powder form. Its clear that the soap is very old and has lost its scent entirely. Id appreciate a refund or a replacement with a newer product, please.
