I ordered the product and for some reason it was delayed. Then it was updated as being delivered which it wasnt. When I finally got a hold of customer service I explained everything and decided to cancel the order and request a refund. No apologies, no explanation. I will definitely never order or set foot in any Macys store ever again. Their entire customer service department should be replaced. Good job you lost a life long customer.
