Holy grail milky toner
I have sensitive, dry, easily dehydrated, and acne-prone skin. This toner is my holy grail! It is thick, milky, calming, soothing, moisturizing, and just so lovely. This is the perfect milky toner for all year long-especially during winter when my skin gets so dehydrated. I love to layer this before applying serums and sometimes, I use it in between serums for extra moisture. I also love the size; you're not going to find many 250 mL toners on the market. I would bathe in this if i could!!! I will forever repurchase (please do not reformulate this product 😆)!

Been using this toner for over a year now and I can say it’s the best for dry skin. Leaves the face feeling hydrated and milky. If dryness is not a concern you can definitely use other toners with better properties that target your concerns, but if you want to tackle dryness this is the one.

Not a favorite toner but it is a milky consistency, not water. Not sure it does much more then soothes and moisturizes. But doesn’t have exfoliating or brightening properties like I want in my toner. I use it rarely but it’s not a bad product. I love Kiehls either way! Just not a go to in my everyday routine!
