The New Verb Ghost Heat Defense Spray is everything I needed and more! As someone that loves curling her hair but doesn’t want the damage associated with it, this is perfect as it protects my hair with up to 450 degrees F protection. Love this so much!! I’ve been in search for an aerosol heat protecter and this one is great. It is not sticky or crunchy. It doesn’t have a bad smell either which lots I have tried do. I definitely recommend!!

Didn’t work out for me
I really liked the idea of a hair defense spray. I’m not sure if it really works for me or if I didn’t apply enough although I felt like I did. I say this because I was able to smell my hair burn with a hit tool and it doesn’t happen when I use a hair oil. For me unfortunately this is a pass.
