Bring back the old formula!

Old formula was fantastic - low scent, volumizing, smoothing. As someone with sensitive skin this was a lot for a shampoo. The new one... it has a strong scent and makes my scalp break out. Even now I've been recovering on a new shampoo. If they ever bring back the old formula I might suggest buying it, but for now, don't.

Change the formula back!

I was using this shampoo and conditioner for years and loved it. I have extremely sensitive and reactive skin and it didn’t bother me. Now they have changed the formula and I’m now reacting to it. I won’t be buying this again.

Worked well for my fine hair

New formula is terrible

I’ve used this shampoo for years until they reformulated it. It is awful!! My hair feels dry and dirty where I can barely get a comb through it. The conditioner is even worse. Will not buy again

New formulation - do not buy

Verb Volume was my ride or die shampoo for years, but the new formulation (bottle is fully pink like this) is NOT worth buying even a little. It left my hair feeling heavy and greasy, where it used to be weightless hydration, which I needed for my super fine hair. I returned it. I'm gutted.

You should try it!

I wasn’t sure of the smell in the bottle but decided to try it anyways. It smells so good once you apply it to your hair! Not sure if it really does give more volume, but the hair feels great and soft after, and it’s a good prep fbefore a blowout!

My hair felt crunchy, dry, and dirty after using. I used it twice to be sure my first impression was right. This is awful.

New formula is terrible

This is no longer a wash and air dry product, and even after blow drying I look greasy in about 30 minutes. So disappointing.

Mediocre at best

I absolutely love verb products so I was excited to try this one. Unfortunately, it did not volumize my hair whatsoever, and the smell was pretty chemical. I will continue to buy verb, but not this one ever again.
