Applicator warning!!!

Good product does the job, terrible applicator I won’t buy it again because of the push bottle. You have to squeeze the bottle for the product to come out and it just goes everywhere

My first POWDER dry shampoo and it will likely be my one and only moving forward from this point! Very effective. Only recommendation would be to improve the squeezing/pump mechanism,

bad packaging

The product was a 5 star with the old packaging. The new packaging does not work. I have to screw the top off any time I want to use the product because the current design does not allow for any of the powder to come out. It clogs up, and then every once in a while, you get wayyyyyy too much powder. Please, please, please change the packaging back to the thin pointed nozzle or do a redesign altogether because this is not it.

Terrible Packaging, Save Your Money

This has to be the worst packaging design for a dry shampoo powder ever. Whatever genius in the product design department decided it would be a good idea to put a dry shampoo powder in a squeeze bottle with a large nozzle needs to be fired. This might be a good product but I wouldn't know because every time I tried using this I'd end up getting more powder on my face than on my scalp. This is so messy and hard to use. Don't buy this. Save your money and buy the Not Your Mother's Unscented Dry Shampoo Powder instead, that one actually has a good delivery system.

I am not usually one to be picky about scents but I found the smell of this intolerable. Applicator is also not great. Just threw it out.

Good formula and value, just ditch the applicator

Pros: Good amount of product for the price point and highly effective at refreshing/de-greasing your hair. Lightly scented, just enough to get rid of that unwashed hair smell. Way better value for money than an aerosol (one bottle can last literally years even with once-a-week use for me) and doesn’t leave that weird residue feeling a lot of aerosols leave. Cons: The formula is slightly less good than the old version of this product (it’s “fluffier”/more finely-milled/less grainy which sounds better but is actually worse—it used to completely brush out of your hair and now it’s so fine a powder it kind of clings to the strands even after brushing). The applicator is absolutely garbage; like comically bad, so bad you imagine that absolutely nobody did any product testing before releasing it. But that’s not much of an impediment; just dispense a bit in your hand and either scrub it onto your hair with your fingers or use an old/cheap powder brush to apply.

Difficult to Use - Dispenser is Trash

Over all, the product itself works fine. This is the type of dry shampoo that needs to be left in overnight in order to be effective. I get around this by blow drying my roots on low for a minute or two to increase the rate of absorption. What I can't get past is how crappy the dispenser is. You either squeeze out an avalanche of powder, or barely enough to be seen with the naked eye. This is very difficult to apply and use, and ends up everywhere. I'm not even a third of the way through the product, and I have given up on this as it is too difficult to use.

Packaging is awful

Do not buy this. The formula is okay but the packaging is brutal. You have to hold the bottle a specific way and it’s a squeeze not a pump which is awful. I wanted to love it because the price point is great but it’s a no for me :(
