I purchased with my own money this product!!!

This shampoo makes my hair so thin after i blow dry or straighten my hair i don’t know why. My hair is already thin it makes it super thinner. Other than that my hair looks healthy.

Beware & look elsewhere, drying, frizzing.

I invested a lot of money into the Genesis line thinking it would repair my hair shedding and to soften my hair. INSTEAD it has stripped my hair of any moisture, caused extreme breakage and frizz. Highly disappointed.

No-no Karastase

I wanted to have faith that this was going to help with my hair thinning and hair shedding, it actually made it worse. It was truly a waste of money and I used it as directed based both on Sephora website and Keratase's website and with no success. I cry every time I wash my hair with the amount of hair that my hair just comes off (2 handfuls).I've been using it for about 2 months regularly so I will officially stop using it today.

I usually do not write reviews.. but the public needs to know to make an informed decision. This is the worst product I have ever used for hair fall. Wads of my already thinning fine hair were coming out in large amounts. WOW! What is in this product to do this to my hair. I am already so careful and pay large amounts of money for good products. I read about this product and knew it was expensive, so I took a chance. Wrong move. This product is the worst I have ever purchased.

Broke me out real bad. Did nothing good for my hair. Kerasaste is over hyped. I ended up selling the shampoo conditioner and mask on Facebook marketplace for $50 because I missed the return date by one day.

Not for colored hair + gives dry, straw hair :(

If you want your color stripped and dry, straw hair this is for you! I have no idea why the description is listing it as "creamy" and safe for all hair, when none of that is true. I actually scrolled through twice because the description didn't match what I just used. The shampoo is a thick gel, and not creamy. It does have a solid lather where you think it is a quality shampoo, and you can use sparingly; but never a "creamy" moment. I so wanted to like this because ppl always rave about Keratase, and the ingredients seemed interesting...but alas, no bueno for me.
