(Posted on shampoo also) After receiving some Briogeo samples I decided to buy this. I had an allergic reaction on my neck and ears, and could not figure out if it was this or the Act and Acre Salicylic acid scalp treatment. Well after 3 visits to urgent care, multiple steroid creams and a course of antibiotics, I healed up, and tried this product once more. This time, same reaction, with a massive reaction on my scalp that caused itching and sloughing. For context I do not have sensitive skin and try new products on my face/hair/scalp all of the time, but never had anything like this happen. Stay away. Not only this but I am out $69 TIMES TWO as I tried to return/get store credit but Sephora only processes refunds 30 days after purchase.

Didn't like it the first time but tried it and gave it a chance. I don't like it at all. It leaves my hair dry and dull. Since I tried to give it a chance I lost my window to return it and now I am stuck with a big bottle.

Not worth the price
I’ve been using this conditioner since the summer of 2025 and I haven’t noticed anything different. I’ve used better drugstore conditioners that make my hair instantly feel smooth and soft. This one even after countless uses and letting it sit in my hair, i dont see a difference. I have dry, thick hair.
