I love using this after time outside on a hot sunny day. It’s so calming.

What this mask is great for is after a sunburn. I don't go outside too much so it's not a must-have for me, but I always re-buy because my mom is bad about applying sunscreen. When she uses this after a beach day she notices a difference overnight. It's also just nice if you want to have a little at-home spa experience. This is expensive but it will last you a while so I think it's worth it if you're someone who lives in a sunny area and/or just spends a lot of time outside.

Feels soothing but I don’t see much lasting improvement in my skin and if I leave it on too long it irritates my skin. Better off with my usual moisturizer. Regret buying it tbh

I got a sample with my Sephora order and immediately fell in love! I bought the full-size and have no regrets. The only thing I don't like is the lack of a safety seal on the product.

I’ve used this product for about 2 years now 1-2 times a week. I love how my skin looks after. I have rosacea and after putting this mask, the redness calms down and my skin feels soft. Will keep buying it.

I really love the moisture replenishing capability of this mask. I am not sure whether it's giving me brightening or anti-aging benefits, but it's nice to have a moisturizing mask that doesn't make me break out.

I do like this product but only to address redness and inflammation. I did not find it hydrating at all.

It's been a best-seller for so many years, it has glowing reviews, and from an ingredients perspective, looked like a really good investment for my combination-oily, dehydrated skin which is prone to dullness. You have in here: Papaya and Pineapple which contain renewing enzymes, soothing Chamomile and Aloe vera, plus some brightening ingredients such as Lemon. However in reality I'm not sure this mask did anything at all. To really give face masks a chance to work, I use them on consecutive days and allow the effect to build up, although by the end of the week I could not notice any discernible difference compared to day one. There was no brightening, not much difference in hydration and skin condition either. I really don't get why this didn't work for me. And I used it for at least 15 minutes each time. Perhaps the 'actives' in here are at extremely low concentrations? Who knows.
