After using this product for a week, I am very disappointed. My lips became extremely dry, chapped, and painful, and I also experienced a strange tingling sensation after applying it. Unfortunately, I am unable to return the product and get a refund, which sucks! Definitely would not recommend purchasing this product.

I was disappointed that there is hardly any gloss in the 2 tubes I bought. The color was also different from usual. I’ve been buying this gloss for years. Maybe they were OLD tubes. If Sephora could reach out to me to an exchange or credit, that'd be great. If not, I'd recommend buying directly from Charlotte T for fresh product.

I bought this lip gloss after seeing it on other women with different skin tones and it looked amazing on all of them! I was a bit hesitant to buy it as there were a couple of reviews stating the gloss was sticky and had a chemical smell however I did not find this the same. I love the textire and the smell isn’t strong, just new packaging I suppose. I brought this to Mexico on vacation and it stay put throughout the day while in himidity.
