The cap broke on the first use. There is an inner plastic liner in it that moved and no longer clicks into the bottom portion of the lipstick. For as expensive as this is, the packaging should be far more reliable.

The product itself is beautiful! Hydrating, smooth, color is the perfect cool mauve nude, I just love it. However, this is the 2nd time I’ve gotten the item and the packaging is faulty! The clear plastic piece inside the top of the tube has come loose which means the lipstick can’t stay closed. I just exchanged for another and the same thing happened again. Is this common!?

Lid falls off
unfortunately I've now had to return 2 of these lipsticks because after a week of use, the lid no longer snaps in place & simply falls off. Lipstick all over the inside of my purse -- so sad because the color is fantastic! For the price, I'd expect better quality packaging.

From the swatch that was shown on the website, this looking like a glossy, glittery, pillow talk dream. I expected this to be an exciting formula closer to the Fenty gloss bomb sticks, when in reality it is closer to a standard glossy lipstick you can find at a drug store. The packaging feels cheaper than a $30 lippie. I don’t think I will repurchase the formulation, and I would opt for the classic matte pillowtalk lipstick!
