Packaging needs to change for 5 stars

CHARLOTTE HONEY CHANGE UR PACKAGING PLZ I fell in love with this watermelon lippy. I’ve had 3 of them and 2 of the 3 stopped dispensing half way. I took it to Sephora and they told me it’s been a common problem because of the air bubbles getting trapped. I could only get one refunded bc the other was outside of return window. Love the product but the packaging needs to be fixed

I have had these for a few months. I love them they feel nice on the lips and plump them well. However, I am not even halfway the tube and the applicator stopped working. It is stocked. It traps the air and nothing comes out anymore. Other people are having the same issue. I have it with the 3 tubes I have of this product. It is defective

Terrible applicator

The smell is very strong. It smells good but strong. Also the rubber applicator tip becomes blocked or something. I’ve even tried to use a knife to open it up, but it doesn’t seem to work.

CT really needs to improve the packaging

The lip oil itself is the best I’ve ever used, but the packaging is terrible. At first, I thought I had received a defective tube, but the same thing has happened with every new one. CT really needs to improve the packaging and resolve this issue.

love the formula, the scent, and the way it looked and felt on my lips. hate the fact that the packaging sucks. the applicator clogged and I can’t fix it. it’s almost like the tip melted? in a way? once this is fixed, 5 stars

Love the colour, love the scent but the applicator is horrible. It clogged within a week, with lots of product left. I tried many ways to unclog without luck. It was outside the 30 days policy, but I still let Sephora know. Sephora told me to contact Charlotte Tilbury . Charlotte Tilbury said they could do nothing and to contact Sephora. So it was a loss, and I won’t be buying anymore. Do NOT recommend.Sephora know S

I bought this twice I use it throughout the day and I can say it is my absolute favorite!!! The only weird thing that happens is sometimes it gets clogged and the applicator is like a silicone like applicator.

good while i could use this...i've used this sparingly 15-20 times. There is PLENTY of product in the tube. Applicator is clogged. Apparently this is a common thing. Don't waste your money.
