They recently changed the formula, it’s not as absorbing and moisturizing as before. My skin is left dry in the mornings. Change it back!

I'm on my 3rd bottle!

I am in my late 20's, Filipino, with sensitive eczema skin. This moisturizer was very effective while not being irritable for my skin. I noticed a huge difference after the 1st month of using it. My skin was a lot plumper, lively, and had a natural glow. It was such a great moisturizer and had been using for almost a year. Luckily I was able to get it at Ross and passed the non expiration date. Nonetheless, it's a stable in my skincare and make up routine. Highly recommend!

Terrible reformulation

Shiseido, why the reformulation?? I have been using this for 10 years. It was a godsend for my super dry skin with severe eczema. Now it burns and the scent is unpleasant.

Review on Behalf of My Mom, Who I Gifted It To

My 56 yo. mother is a woman who doesn’t like splurging on things and only buys things that are affordable or else it’s a waste of money, but this is something that she finds to be worth every penny. She loves how it feels on her skin and always is looking to repurchase when it runs out. She loves how it hydrates her skin, reduces her wrinkles, and makes it feel young again.

Devastating reformulation!

I have used the product for almost 20 years, and the company just did a devastating reformulation without notice. I have sensitive skin and can no longer use it. It smells terrible and burns my skin making me look ten years older! The area around my nose and mouth are cracked and burned. The Shisheido website was lit up with negative reviews on this product, but they have been recently removed. Now, I am on a quest for a new moisturizer. I hate it when companies do this with a successful product. Not smart to lose life time and multi generational customers.

My favourite facial cream.

I just love this product. It might be a lil pricy but I wait for sales and buy a couple ot them at once. Suits my skin type. Works well with hydration , it's good for dry skin.

Had a small patch of dry skin appear on my face and tried every moisturizer and it would not go away. Exfoliate lightly, put cream on it etc....Stayed and just would not go away. I tried this product and gone in 2 applications!!! Impressed!!!

Costly packaging is negative

I have used this product for years. I live is snow country so my skin is extremely dry. I am 61 and I find it to be effective. My only critic is the packaging. Seems to me the packaging is a large portion of what you paying for when you buy. Wasteful. Additionally, l the jar doesn't fit in the drawer very well and I don't care for things left on the counter.
