I have very dry, sensitive skin and this was recommended by a sales rep. I really wanted to love this product as Shiseido was one of my go to brands before I started clean skin care. However, I realized clean skincare didn't cut it any more for my fine lines, so I went back to the tried and tested. I actually had another cream in my hands at Sephora but a sales rep said this will be so much better for me. Turned out it's not. The first week I broke out. After that, my skin just got desert dry during wear ( I used AM and PM as directed) . Now a month in, I feel like my entire skin barrier is broken. My skin stings, I have rough patches on my forehead and cheeks. It almost feels like there is a retinol or bakuchiol sort of ingredient in there, which isn't labeled. Sadly I found all of this out after my 30day return window.
