I was honestly a bit skeptical to test this perfume out at first. Smelling like sunscreen and pool water did not seem appealing to me at all whatsoever. However I was so pleasantly suprised. It smells tropical and exactly what summer vacation would smell like to me. I especially liked the banana note which is tricky to get right. I would not describe this as a skin scent because the projection is amazing. I can smell it on me for at least 10 hours and it lasts on clothes for days! It’s an extremely nostalgic scent experience that takes you back to all the beautiful things about summer and fun. I honestly don’t blame anyone that would hesitate to try it because it sounds like it would smell like a chemical sunscreen smell and it just does not. That part of the marketing would put people off. I definitely want to try the other scents from this line and already have them in my cart! I will repurchase this as my signature summer scent. I used to get a tropical body spray but while wonderful, faded quickly and had no longevity and I had to repurchase so many times. This product that is a non issue. I applaud this brand for being innovative and trying something new and it was a hit in my books.

This perfume has earned one of the top spots in my fragrance collection. For the record, I lean into beachy, solar, tropical, coconut type of scent. This is more of a tropical scent with coconut and banana. It’s sweet but sunny and fresh, truly a spring and summer scent. It won’t feel heavy when worn on a very hot day. There is an intentional plastic note that reminds me of pool toys and swimsuits. The note is done right, meshes well with all the other notes and prevents the perfume from being too sweet. I usually use two sprays but finds the perfume doesn’t last long this way. If I overspray, if I use four or more sprays, it will last quite a while, especially on clothing.

I absolutely love this fragrance. It instantly gives me that carefree, sunny-day feeling and truly lives up to its name. The scent does have a sunscreen-like quality, but in the best way possible! it reminds me of warm beach days, ocean air, and summer vacations. It’s fresh, uplifting, and surprisingly easy to wear every day. While it feels perfect for the beach or a day spent outside in the sun, I also find myself reaching for it regularly because it’s such a happy, comforting scent. If you love summery fragrances, this one is definitely worth trying.

This smells like an elevated sunscreen scent, so you're probably going to love it or hate it. It has notes of coconut with hints of pool water. It's a little too on the dot for sunscreen in my opinion, and I have some other sunscreen-adjacent fragrances that I would probably reach for before this one, but it's nice for the pricepoint! I found the sillage to be pretty close to the skin, and it wasn't the longest lasting fragrance on mez either. I do tend to get migraines from strong smells, but this one didn't bother me.

First of all, let's talk packaging. Within the box, there is a paper bag that reminds of a prescription (side effects of working in a pharmacy) and it doesn't help that it says "delivered to your door" because we do prescription deliveries lol. It does look very vintage and on-theme though!. The box itself was neatly wrapped in cellophane. I love that the box is like a push-drawer box. The beautiful bottle is set right in the middle. The whole vibe is very vintage with the bright manilla color with the gold lettering. LOVE the gold accents everywhere. The actual scent really does smell like vacation for some reason! It makes me feel like I'm in a really nice boutique hotel with a pool right outside. It actually smells like an aerosol sunscreen? I always get my parent's opinions too and they seem to love it! They love the not too strong, not too pungent fragrances.

Vacation perfume, the scent of the world-famous vacation sunscreen company, matches the scent perfectly. The perfume has notes of petitgrain essence, coconut water, coconut milk, bergamot, solar musk, banana, and pineapple. To me, it smells exactly like their sunscreen with hints of banana and coconut. This scent fits the summer/beach vibe perfectly. It's a true summer scent perfect for the beach. I love the perfume bottle as well. The bottle has a clean, square flacon in faceted glass, crowned with a crystal stopper and finished with a gold label. The bottle is very chic and luxurious-looking if you like that kind of aesthetic. I wish the fragrance had more of a fruity scent, like a stronger pineapple scent, since I feel like the sunscreen scent overpowers everything.

Vacation has captured the subtle smell of my 90s childhood sunscreen into a perfume! Immediately there is an initial smell of banana that is followed by a wave of coconut. The scent is strong at first but it only lasts for maybe one to two hours before it begins to fade. It barely lingered on my skin throughout the and required frequent reapplication. I do wish it would stay on longer. It is a spitting image (scent wise) of the Vacation sunscreen. It gives the feeling of a beautiful summer day at the beach!

I love the shape of the little bottle, I think it's the perfect size to take on vacation and to pack in your beach bag. To me, it's a beautiful fruity fragrance. In my opinion, the initial spray smells like bananas and coconut. I really pick up on the pineapple and orange blossom during the dry down, once it's settled into your skin. It sprays out quite a bit at once, so I feel like you don't need to spray that much in one area. The scent itself lasted about 4 hours before it started to fade away. This really is one of the best fragrances for chilling on the beach or poolside. I could definitely see this becoming a part of my summer rotation.

I have been eyeing these vacation scents for months until now! I finally got my hands on the original Vacation Eau De Toilette on the 1 oz size! Let me just say that I adore the packaging and the overall vibe of Vacation! My perfume arrived in a old school white pharmacy bag, which is totally awesome! Then the box and the actual perfume bottle is so vintage and pretty! Vacation just pulls off that feeling of being back in the day again! The bottle of this perfume is so classic, and just looks beautiful and timeless in my collection! So I got the original Vacation scent, and boy it does not disappoint! This perfume goes great with all of their other products, and is perfect for layering. From the very first spray, it sends you back into the 80's immediately! It reminds me of my childhood and of how things used to be...This perfume opens with notes of coconut and Pettigrain. Then the middle notes solar musk , Bergamot, pineapple and banana. The aroma wraps up the base notes of sea salt, pool water, and even swimsuit fabric! These notes smell so nostalgic and remind me of back in the day! It's seriously so spot on and so realistic! To me I can smell the swimsuit lycra, banana, and pool water. It reminds me of going to the YMCA when I was a kid for swimming lessons!!! This has good throw and lasts quite a while on my skin and clothes! The longevity is quite good for an EDT! Overall, this is a unique perfume that would add beauty to any perfume collection! It might not be a beautiful scent, but it is a unique one that makes you feel like you're in the past again! I like the days that I wear this because I keep getting little whiffs of it throughout the day! So cute! I love how relatively small the bottle is, makes it perfect to throw in your bag & head out! The scent is divine and I will be wearing this all summer long
