BAD PRODUCT! paint chips off after 3 months of use
The black paint on the brush starts chipping after 3 months-- the Sephora return window closes after 60 days. I emailed Crown Affair to ask for a replacement and they would not help me at all because they said returns need to be via Sephora.
So now I have a brush that leaves paint chips and wood chips in my hair if I use it. How's that for over-priced products and bad customer support?! The Sephora agent could not help me but added some reward points on my account as she felt bad about it. Still very dissatisfied with the outcome!

Horrible brush. Awful at detangling
Worst brush I’ve ever used. It is awful at detangling. I have to brush in small sections and it still rips out my hair and hurts so bad. I have tried many brushes of different price points and this is by far the worst. I’d recommend a detangling brush from Amazon or the Mason Pearson brush if you want to splurge.

I like the build quality of this brush and the wooden pegs feel great on my scalp. I wouldn’t say that it’s the best detangling brush I’ve used, especially on my wavy, medium density hair. I have to go in smaller sections when I use this brush. I can’t imagine it working well for anyone with thicker or curlier hair than me.
