Lovely at first, but doesn't last

The color is beautiful and looks great when it's first applied. It goes on evenly and has a nice finish, but unfortunately it doesn't last. After about 20 minutes, the color starts to fade. Although it's marketed as a lip stain, it doesn't leave much of a stain on my lips and actually dries them out, so I find myself constantly having to reapply it. The formula is also very watery, so be careful when pulling the applicator out of the tube, it tends to splatter. I've even stained a couple of shirts just from opening it.

Menthol mint not soft

Has menthol mint and smells like scope mouthwash. Description is misleading it says soft but it’s tingly and stinky. This has peppermint oil. Returning. Yuck. Not good for sensitive skin. I don’t want anything plumping. It’s torture. You should have warned us it has spice flavor. I have to make a special trip across town to a store to return something you are going to trash in the dumpster anyway. Waste of my time. You could have put a spearmint leaf in the product images. Halfway down the ingredients it says mentholateteum. Off putting sensation. Smells like toothpaste and feels like rubbing crest on my lips. No. Nothing on the cardboard indicated that it will be heavily flavored. Disrespectfully bait and switch. Disappointing. Smells like mountain spring laundry detergent. Whyyyyyyy???????? Because Sephora doesn’t sell floss anymore. What are you trying to mask?

Pulls orange

The shade I got looks nothing like the product image and pulled very orange. The stain is okay. The pic is before and after I ate my dinner. I love the consistency though and I think it applies well. Doesn't feel too oily Maybe I'd like it better if I got a shade that didn't look orange.

The best

Favourite lip product of all time. It actually stains your lips and isn’t as drying as other options given the staining power. I just make sure to always squash or my lips every night and apply this the next day and then I don’t have any problems with dryness.
