I rated this a 1/5 stars ONLY because this is NOT meant *for someone with oily skin* who sweats their whole 8 hr shift. I’m sure this eyeliner works wonders for people who are just wanting to have a casual day of shopping with mimosas and brunch with friends. Or even to spend a morning in a pool doing water aerobics…But I do not recommend spending $35 on this hoping that it’ll save you from having raccoon eyes if your skin is oily. I had such high hopes for this =(. If we put aside my oily skin making it bleed all over the place, I can HOWEVER provide some good feedback for you…So it comes in pencil form and needs to be sharpened often. It sets VERY FAST, so make sure you use the smudge brush on the other end immediately after drawing on. Also, if you accidentally get a crumb that falls onto your cheek, you need to quickly use an oil based makeup remover to get it off. Trying to wipe it off with your hand will only smudge it and it’ll set before you can get it off. Which is why I think it’s probably wonderful for people who do not suffer with oily skin lol. Waterproof, yes. Oily skin proof, sadly no. But if I have to attend a funeral or go swimming, I’d likely try to use it again.

The liner lasts all day for me. However, every time I open the cap, it always get messy and get on my hand. This product is worth to try if you have extra money to pay for high end products.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I've got very hooded eyes (thanks dad...) and volume loss in my tear troughs (late 30s) so I'm always on the hunt for a good nude eye liner to try to open/brighten my eyes. I've really been enjoying this Dolce & Gabbana eye liner pencil in shade 08 blushing nude. I've found that it glides on nicely and stays for long periods of time (8+ hours). In my first pic, you can see it on my right bottom water line and left eye without. The second pic has it in the bottom water line in both eyes (no other makeup applied in these pics, just skincare routine). Because this pencil is in a nude shade, I've been grabbing it for other uses besides lining my bottom waterline. I find that it blends nicely in the corner of my eye and at my brow bone so I've been using it as a highlighter for those areas. Again, I've noticed that it stays put for long periods of time. The little brush that comes with it is useful in a pinch, but I've found myself using my other makeup brushes for blending. If you're looking for a multi-use, higher end product, I suggest giving this Dolce & Gabbana eye pencil a try!

The brush that comes on the end is better than my regular angle brush and works great to diffuse the product. I love how the caps fit on both sides, and there is an extra lip on the pencil side to ensure it won’t fall off. The product is awesome, I have oily lids and eyeliner usually smudges or lasts only a few hours. This product dries down making it great to diffuse at first and then it self sets. I love the color, a dark aubergine and the formula is smooth and precise. The only downside is sharpening the pencil is a little difficult. I’ve used two sharpeners but wish the pencil was a little easier to keep the tip precise.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Literally the best eyeliner I have ever used! Rich pigment, perfect deep brown color (dark espresso), and very easy to use! I tend to stay away from a pencil eyeliner and prefer a self sharpening style instead, but this one is worth it! It glides on very smooth, the pencil itself does not dry out, and once it sets on your eye it won’t budge! My mascara doesn’t even last as long as this eyeliner does. You would think with that kind of staying power it wouldn’t smudge or smoke out very well, but it’s a dream. Even for a novice like me, the build in brush is perfect and the product has a good amount of work time before it sets so you can really get your wing eyeliner just right before it’s budge-proof. 100% worth the money in this one!

It’s super creamy when applying and you have some smudging wiggle room, but it sets pretty quickly so I’d do each eye individually. The packaging is beautiful and feel luxe. Lasted all day not only on my upper lid, but in my water line!

While putting it on it glides on so smoothly. Did not irritate me and I wore it all day. Waterproof so had to remove it with makeup remover. Definitely recommend it for everyone.
