Hate that I don't love it

I wanted to love this product because Laura Mercier is one of my favourite brands. But, this was not a product that works for me. I saw absolutely no difference under my eye. Plus, being a powder, I almost immediately felt specs in my eye even though I was being so careful. Glad some like it but definitely not me.

This shade doesn't work on my skin tone, so I might need to try the darker peach. It is very buttery and swipes off after baking a bit. However, my biggest turn-off is that this powder has talc in it. Please Laura Mercier...NO TALC.

I think they changed the formula

It’s no longer “giving” no matter how good I prep and set my face using high quality products, laura mercier’s powder feels heavy and makes my makeup cake! It used to be my favorite but they definitely changed the formula

It's for your under eyes but...

I use it all over my face. I'm not big on powder in my routine but it's definitely non-negotiable in the T-zone. I also have big eyelids that need setting before eyeshadow and this perfect. No dusty crustiness. Other powders do the job but I find them a little heavy. May be small but I've been using this for months and still have lots. Perfect product depending on what you're looking for.

Honestly, I’m a bit confused by this product, it’s really strange. At first, when I apply it, it does its job well. But after a few hours, something weird happens that I’ve never experienced with any other makeup. The powder starts to shift and separate, almost like it’s patching up in tear-like streaks, as if I had been crying. It’s the strangest effect. I end up having to use my finger to blend it out again so it redistributes evenly. It’s just really odd.
