Expensive lipstick. Broken upon opening. Plus the case is all plastic. Save your money!!!

The color is amazing! A beautiful lipstick. I also like the texture.

Transfers a bit more than I’d like but it’s a beautiful shade. Makes me feel glamorous. Lots of reviewers complaining about cheap packaging … bear in mind that these people likely bought the refills by mistake 😅

The product size shown is not same. Its mini size lipstick…not satisfied…….according to price it should be same as shown in the picture….. worst experience ever…not gonna buy anything from sephora app online

Broken lipstick holder. Lipstick is nice but it doesn’t click to the container. Very disappointed

Colour is waaaaay off from what the models are pictured with. Thought this would be a beige nude and it’s a darkened rosy coral.

I have to concur with other reviewers. This is super cheap-feeling packaging. While my expectation at this price point is an enameled metal container (especially given the expectation that we are going to refill it), there is still such a thing as a higher-end feeling plastic, and this ain't it. The reviewer saying it was L'Oreal level packaging was maybe giving it too much credit. It's LA colors quality. I expect the gold V on the red side is gonna fleck off, like, tomorrow come on, now. Do better. You just have to deliver a bit more value if you're gonna charge what you charge. Because I bought both these colors on sale, I will keep them, but if I lived closer to Sephora they'd both be going back just on general principle. I bought two colors and swatches them both on my hand. The Rosso Valentino true red is on the right and is much more blue than the other. Both are nice and neither is particularly long lasting. I'm 55, and on mature skin, you're going to need a good lip pencil to contain the color (my photos do not reflect that and you can see feathering).

I purchased this on sale and when i received it I was really disappointed with the packing. For a luxury brand it looks and feels cheap. Sure it glides on smoothly, has a appreciable colour payoff and stays put for a decent about of time but for me it felt instantaneously drying. For the reasons above, back it went, I would much rather invest in a PM!

Totally garbage! What kind of packaging is this? Looks like a kid’s toy! Not only that, but the colour is not the same as described. Definitely not worth the price even though it was on sale! Would not recommend at all.

Listen, let’s not be stupid. We all know the luxury products are not worth their price. we don’t buy $50 lipsticks and $100 foundations to get the best product possible. we buy it to feel luxurious. this lipstick feels cheap. I bought it and immediately returned it. This feels like something I could buy the drugstore. The lipstick is OK it’s a good lipstick. However, if you’re selling me L’Oreal level packaging for OK lipstick, I’m going to pass and save my dollars for Chanel. I hope the sale means that it’s gonna redo its packaging.
