Smashed right out of the package
As I slid the tray out of the box, the quartz gua sha fell out and smashed on the floor. The end. There was no warning on the box, and no way for me to know it was upside down. I figure it's a 50/50 chance. Either the package is right side up, or you just smashed $25 worth of quartz all over your bathroom floor. In which case, you need to sweep it up thoroughly. Those shards spread wide, and they're sharp!
