Suggested Usage:
-Ideally, use the face massage roller in combination with a skincare product for smoother movements and optimal results.
-The roller will improve its absorption, thus maximizing the benefits.
-The massage ritual doesn’t need to be long. Two to ten minutes daily is more than enough.
-The only rule to keep in mind: Avoid forcing or pressing too hard—especially on thin, sensitive areas.

-Roll the spiky roller over your face and neck, going back and forth several times. Focus on the areas with the most expression wrinkles. These might be frown lines, crow’s feet wrinkles, smile lines, or forehead wrinkles.
-With the acupressure tip, press moderately on the main facial acupressure points. These are located between the eyebrows, on the temples, under the cheekbones, and above the Cupid’s bow.
-After every use, use a damp cloth to remove most of the remaining impurities and product residues.
-Leave the roller to dry for a few minutes before putting it away in its protective pouch, which is included in the box.
